How to retrieve Java console error details?

Follow the steps below:Click on Start àControl Panel. Windows Control Panel is displayed.

 
  1. Open the Java Control Panel
  2. Open ‘Java Console’ settings
  3. Change the Java Console Settings to "Show Console"
  4. Now, recreate the problem
  5. Copy and paste ‘Console Log’ in email message and send it to support@mainline.com
